This property could do with a major makeover especially the bathroom which is not fit for purpose. The kitchen cleanliness was not the best, one of the plates was dirty. The property also needed more airing as there was a damp smell on arrival. When raising the above with 3Villas, they did move us within 24 hours to more suitable accommodation for which we were very appreciative for their swift action.

la ubicación es muy buena, la zona muy tranquila y tiene una playa cerca que está muy bien. La casa esta bien. Hemos estado en Agosto y nos ha echo mucho calor, gracias al Aire Acondicionado la estancia ha sido mejor.

1st Menorca trip ,ideal apartment for a couple. Positive: Little difficult to find apartment at night, but taxi driver exceptionally helpful. Good size clean well stocked apartments. Beds comfortable, all facilities in good working order. Plenty of space for a couple. Beautiful location and very near supermarket, well stocked and reasonable prices. Many UK brands. Negative: So no fault of apartment, lots of mosquitoes in home, did buy plug in repellent on 2nd night, left in bedroom all day and removed at night. Seemed to help also kept all windows closed. Again no fault of owners, but building work was very noisy in adjacent property, from 8am till 1pm. A full length mirror would have been very useful, so to be able to see all of me, when heading out to eat in the local restaurants. Didn't use shared pool as bit cool and noisy on this occasion. Would go back again as great customer service! Very quick to answer any questions and extremely helpful 👍
