VILLA San Cristóbal MENORCA a 500 mts de la playa

VERY GOOD Positive: LOCATION, FACILITIES, CLEANLINESS AND SWIMMING POOL Negative: BROKEN BED BUT MANAGED

The villa is a dump and in need o total renovation Positive: The location is wonderful and the village quaint with great restaurants and beach side bar. We loved the area Negative: Where to start! The pool hadn’t been cleaned and the tiles were very slippery. We couldn’t use the pool until day 4 when it was cleaned The villa is in a good location but so unloved. Old discarded furniture left in the garden and the majority of the furniture in the house was ready for the bin!! The beds were shocking with one collapsing and 2 mattresses were so poor it was more comfortable lying on the floor The 2 bathrooms were tatty and in need of total renovation

Lovely stay, the downsides we experienced with the villas comfort did not detract from its stunning and peaceful locatio Positive: Great location Spacious Clean A villa at the simpler end of the scale, it provided exactly what you needed for a lovely holiday but do not expect luxurious comfort and high end fixtures and fittings. Negative: For greater comfort/experience the owner could have chosen better quality furniture (eg: kitchen electricals like the kettle were at the lower price range so leaked when pouring. Bedroom side lamps were also cheaper and therefore lampshades didn’t fit properly. Replacement mattresses and bedding required as these were definitely showing signs of needing replacement, and bathroom towels were the same. Lounge furniture couldn’t seat the maximum occupancy of 6 people. This could be rectified by moving the additional sofa from the master bedroom which was unused, into the front room, and re-purposing the seating area in the,master bedroom into a proper dressing area. Sun beds need replacing or at the very least mattresses provided as they were narrow, old and in some cases a bit saggy so they were uncomfortable to sit on for great periods of time.

Рекомендую! Positive: У нас были прекрасные каникулы на чудесной просторной вилле. Парковка, мангал, бассейн, посудомоечная и стиральная машины, устойчивый вай фай, тишина, близость к морю. Аманда была очень дружелюбной и профессиональной, всегда на связи. Приятным бонусом были приветственный подарок - вино, напитки, печенье, масло оливковое и т.д. С удовольствием вернёмся снова! Negative: Сложная регистрация. Оплата страховки на случай ущерба . Отсутствие шампуня и бальзама для волос. Устаревшая мебель. Но это всё мелочи.

Positive: Great location with large private plot.Good size pool. Negative: Villa a bit old fashioned but we didn't care as the location was perfect
