Enjoyable holiday in a nice part of Menorca and would consider booking the villa again as the benefits outweighed the sh Positive: The pool was lovely and very welcome in an extremely hot week. The villa was generally comfortable although a bit “faded splendour” in parts. Pleasant and quiet surroundings although you definitely need a hire car if you want to access a variety of shops or restaurants. Excellent secure off road parking at the villa behind a gate. Lots of washing lines for clothes drying, always a plus!! Nice big outside table for meals and plenty of shade for sitting out comfortably. The local shop was good and in walking distance and the nearby beach was very nice although you needed to drive there as it was a bit too far for small children to walk. Negative: The description said the villa had air conditioning- however, it was only available in the main bedroom upstairs. I will always check in future! Thank heavens for the ceiling fans and plug in fans provided elsewhere as it would have been impossible to sleep otherwise (it was an extremely hot week!) Neither television was working (didn’t bother us so we didn’t say anything until we left) and one ring on the cooker wasn’t functioning. We had issues with the gas supply to the cooker but, in fairness, the company representatives responded quickly and it was sorted. Plenty of plates and glasses but distinct shortage of mugs for 4 tea drinking adults! We found our swimming costumes turned yellowish despite washing them! Apparently this can be due to an incorrect balance of chemicals (too much copper?) in the pool - maybe this needs looking into.

Negative: Sehr einfache Klimaanlage, etwas zu laut für die Nacht

Bien Positive: Excelente ubicación, muy tranquilo, a un paseo de varias playas y con restaurantes y supermercados cerca. La zona exterior y la piscina es lo mejor de la casa. Negative: La casa no estaba limpia, ni el interior ni el exterior. Solo una habitación tiene aire acondicionado y cuando de noche se rozan los 30 grados se hace imposible dormir. En general la casa necesita mantenimiento.

Positive: Maison spacieuse (3 couples), extérieur bien entretenu, place pour garer le vehicule,quartier très calme( debut juin) , mer et commerces accessibles à pied. Échanges très faciles et réactifs avec Carmen , ( agence de location). Negative: Vraiment rien de grave, juste quelques finitions à revoir( une ampoule grillée sur la terrasse, une chaise de salon devissée....).

Positive: Emplacement, équipement top , hôte réactif suite aux messages . Petit paquet de bienvenue, linge de maison frais et propre . Belle piscine .
