Sa Lluna, 100% Binibeca

Positive: The house and pool were great. Kitchen had all we needed. Short walk from Binibeca beach, bars and restaurants. 3 Villas were excellent. Really good communication throught the booking and the stay. Negative: Pool had a couple of broken tiles that you can cut a toe on.

We have now been coming to Binibeca for about 20yrs, and have stayed in a lot of different villas!Whilst I agree with other reviews which describe the villa as tired, it is perfectly acceptable and we had a great time.The location is perfect, roughly half way between restaurants in Cala Torret and Binibeca Vell, which is a nice walk after dinner!! The beach is also about a 10 minute walk and will be great when the beach bar reopens!!Air con in the rooms was perfect, and beds were comfortable (newer foam type mattresses). There are 2 separate bathrooms, but neither are en suite if that bothers you.The eating area outside was brilliant, with a view of the sea, and shade during the day. The only points I would raise would be:- Some of the tiling in / around the pool is lifting and you can cut feet if not careful. The pool is also only about chest high deep on an adult.- General update of white goods would be nice but not essential- We ate in a few times and would have been nice to have better cookware / serving options, however there are plenty of places to eat nearby so this is purely a personal view.Overall I would happily go back, and consider it to be good value.

Positive: The house was clean, spacious, and very well equipped — everything we needed was provided, from kitchen basics to beach towels, even thoughtful little touches like ice cubes ready in the freezer. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing. The location was great — just a short walk to the local beach. However, since there are so many beautiful beaches across the island, renting a car is essential to explore properly. The host agency was very welcoming, and check-in was smooth and easy. We would definitely recommend this place to families or couples looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Villa was comfortable. Pool was excellent. This is the 10th Villa we have stayed at in the area.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sa Lluna, with the location and outside areas the highlights Positive: Location was ideal, quiet and a fairly short walk to Binebeca Vell and Neu . The service from Amanda at 3villas was excellent, responded very quickly to any queries with lots of information, couldnt have been better. The outside area was fantastic, so spacious and got the sun all day, but shade if you wanted it. Beach was a 10 minute walk and was very nice. Beds in the villa were comfortable. Lots of places to visit in the area Would definitely go back Negative: Nothing serious but some things to be aware of. The tiles in the pool have a few sharp edges - I cut my toe on my first dip. Wore beach shoes while swimming after that. Internally the villa is a little tired, and all appliances are quite old. Wifi wasnt great in the bedroom. Kitchen quite small. All these things are minor.
