Apartamento cerca de la playa con un dormitorio Sin vistas al mar MENORCA

Beware 27 Euro hidden charge!! Positive: The location is good, right on the beach and close to restaurants, shops. Easy free parking close by. It is a big apartment and well equipped. It was clean. Negative: The additional 27 EURO HIDDEN CHARGE that you are hounded for (constant Wat's App messages for days before I arrived) before they will give you the key box code!! I've never known a holiday accom need an "insurance waiver" to be paid. This is just an extra fee. BEWARE. The apartment is damp. All the cupboards and wardrobes smell musty. The décor is outdated and the furniture too. There was a "gift" from the management company that included water, ham, milk, biscuits. Both the ham and the milk had use by dates that were more than 3 weeks before my stay!! Mine was a downstairs apartment with a terrace, which while large and quite private did not get sun. . Disappointing

Positive: L'accueil du personnel, l'emplacement. Negative: Le bruit que faisait une pompe je pense sur la terrasse.

Positive: Sehr sauberes und komfortables Appartement mit allem ausgestattet! Wir wurden mit einigen Präsenten/ Lebensmitteln empfangen. Direkte Lage am Strand! Parkplätze vor dem Haus! Punta Prima ist ein kleiner, feiner Ort mit schöner Badebucht und weitreichenden Küstenwanderwegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Muchas Gracias

Positive: La proximité de la plage et la propreté du logement. Et également la réactivité de l'agence 3villas. Negative: Réfrigérateur ancien et donc très bruyant quand il se déclenche dans l'appartement 5.

Parfait pour un séjour proche de la plage et au calme Positive: Tout ! L’emplacement à côté d’une petite plage vraiment très sympa Les équipements au top et l’arrivée autonome, parking proche, supérette à 50 mètres ! Rien à dire c’était parfait !
