Udany pobyt na Minorce - super willa w świetnej lokalizacji Positive: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko plaży i niedaleko sklepu. Dobrze wyposażona willa, posiadała wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy do tygodniowego pobytu. Super basen do głębokości nawet 180cm.

Umas férias incríveis, Villa Noélia vai ficar gravada para sempre nas nossas memórias. Muito obrigado! Positive: Disposição da casa excelente para grupos, todas as zonas interligadas, ótima vibe. Bom tamanho das acomodações. Bom BBQ. Tranquilidade da zona. Ótima piscina e espreguiçadeiras. Negative: Faltou: - Estores ou black outs nos quartos - estojo primeiros socorros - consumíveis básicos de cozinha, sacos lixo, etc - guarda-sois funcionais - controlo da luz da piscina - um dos quartos de casal tinha uma cama bem mais desconfortável do que os outros - canalização dos banhos entupida

Good facilities within excellent location close to all amenities Arrival of cleaners pool maintenance and gardeners was very ad-hoc Some notice would be more useful Some maintenance is required -e.g cupboard doors Ill fitting, loose tiles around the pool area and as staying with young children the lack of a gate at the front of the property was a concern

The villa is well-equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean. There were only two of us in a four bedroom house so we had plenty of space but I think a larger group would still be comfortable there. The garden is bounded by high hedging or walls so is private. There is sunshine at the front, where the pool, is all day and a covered area at the back with seating provides shade. We also found the electrically operated canopy at the front patio useful for shading the table there. The pool is not heated but we used it daily in October. A cleaning team came in the middle of our two week stay and changed the beddding and towels as well as giving the house a thorough clean. Finally, there was good communication from our contact Samm with clear instructions on finding and accessing the villa. I had a couple of question before the holiday which were answered promptly. I can recommend Villa Noellia.
