Host Felix was very nice and helpful. Stay was peaceful. Positive: Villa was very large and comfortable. Negative: The sun loungers need to be replaced or cleaned as they were very dirty

Positive: Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Villa Sunrise! Die Villa ist sehr schön, geräumig und bietet einen traumhaften Meerblick. Die Lage in Son Bou ist perfekt – in nur wenigen Minuten erreicht man den Strand, einen Bäcker, Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants. Ein großes Dankeschön an Felix, der super hilfsbereit war und uns viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben hat. Die Villa ist sehr sauber, bietet genug Platz für bis zu 10 Personen und der Pool ist einfach herrlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert – der Schlüssel lag in einem Schließfach direkt neben der Tür. Wir können die Villa Sunrise absolut weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Negative: Leichte Gebrauchsspuren an manchen Möbel.

Stunning villa in the perfect location! Positive: Beautiful villa with sea and sunset views that is exactly as the photos show. Brilliant location for Son Bou which is often hard to find villas without a hill hike at the end of the day! Three minutes from the bakery and supermarket, 5-10 mins to restaurants, bars and beach. Fantastic communication before and during our stay and spotlessly clean. Thanks so much, we will definitely be back! Negative: We loved everything.

Casa fresca, ben attrezzata e arredata con super vista Positive: L'apartament manager Felix è stato sempre presente e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per iniziare al meglio il nostro soggiorno. Le chiavi erano comodamente riposte nel locker a fianco della porta. Le indicazioni per arrivare alla villa super precise

A perfect location to share with family for an amazing relaxing week. Positive: Spacious, well equipped, pool and poolside perfect, extremely clean, location on point, modern furnishings, lovely bathrooms Negative: Wardrobes are a little small, but very well thought out. As a suggestion definitely think there should be plastic tumblers/wine glasses etc for the pool area and a bin. Mattresses are quite spongy on the edges due to being sat on constantly.
