Belle appartement tout équipé, vue imprenable sur la mer. Bien situé à proximité des transports et commerces. Nous avons Positive: -La vue incroyable sur la mer -L’appartement tout équipé -La climatisation -La propreté du lieu -La proximité avec Ciutadella ainsi que les transports (bus) Negative: -Le manque de place pour étendre les serviettes dans la salle de bain, ainsi que son manque d’espace avec les toilettes. -La difficulté à ouvrir et refermer la baie vitrée du séjour/salon, ainsi que le robinet de la salle de bain. -Les odeurs dans la salle de bain.

Déconseillé si vous avez une voiture Positive: La vue depuis le balcon, fabuleuse. La décoration moderne La climatisation La piscine Negative: La résidence ne dispose pas de place de parking dédiée, contrairement à la plupart des locations adjacentes. Il nous a fallu tous les soirs tourner 30 minutes pour se garer, parfois très loin. Ça me semble rédhibitoire pour une location à 400 euros la nuit ! Le processus de caution est très limite... 500 euros prélevés (et j'espère restitués au bout de 15 jours). Et il faut payer des frais de gestion pour la caution (environ 18 euros). Mesquin. La piscine en plein soleil mériterait quelques parasols.

If we visit the area again it would definitely be on our list of options to stay. Great views, nice pool, simple and wel Positive: Lovely location with sunset views from the balcony. Pool was clean, quiete, and enjoyable to use - with great views. Nice shower, great water pressure and no water temperature issues. Aircon worked well mostly. Key code access is also great, very simple and hassle free. Negative: It was perfect for what we wanted it for - only minor issue was the the aircon unit in the bedroom started to leak on our penultimate day, I did make the owner aware, they thanked me and said they would send someone to fix it.

A breathtaking view overshadowed by poor hospitality, lack of comfort, and constant threats of extra charges. Positive: The view ONLY. Negative: The view is absolutely stunning, but unfortunately that was the only positive aspect of our stay. This was one of the least welcoming accommodations I’ve ever experienced. Instead of feeling like guests, we constantly felt as though we were a burden to the property managers. On top of the amount paid through Booking.com, we were required to pay a damage deposit, and before we even arrived we started receiving an endless stream of messages warning us about extra charges if we didn’t take out the trash, left dirty dishes behind, or accidentally damaged anything. The communication was unnecessarily threatening and created stress throughout the stay. What made this even more frustrating is that the property doesn’t even provide a trash collection service. Guests are expected to remove all of their rubbish themselves, yet there isn’t even a convenient public bin nearby to dispose of it. It’s unreasonable to expect guests to drive around looking for a place to throw away their trash while on holiday. The apartment itself also lacked basic comfort and maintenance. Several light bulbs were burned out, the lighting was poor overall, and the entrance door didn’t close properly, leaving a noticeable gap. Another disappointment is that the property seems to prioritize its sunset bar over the guests’ experience. It felt much more like staying above a busy bar than in a place designed for relaxation. I travel frequently and rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was genuinely disappointing. A beautiful view cannot make up for the lack of comfort, poor maintenance, and constant threatening communication. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming experience.
