A good base to explore the island from.
Positive: The air conditioning was good
Negative: Would have benefited from some mugs and a decent sized tea pot.

One week escape to the beaches
Perfectly situated, with nice house arrangement, but the house needs some renovation (bathrooms, humidity damages on the rooms walls, tiles on the floor moving, etc.) and can become really fantastic place
