Villa Jasmin MENORCA Private pool, Full AC and Wifi

sejour magnifique ; villa idéale , au calme et bien située pour la mer et les visites Positive: Villa tres spacieuse et confortable; grande terrasse et vue mer. Tres pratique et tout le nécessaire pour notre séjour. Negative: la qualité des matelas (pour moi en tout cas trop rigides) et quelques couvertures en plus pour les nuits plus fraiches. Les lampes de chevet qui ne fonctionnaient pas dans une des chambres plus de produits de nettoyage pour laisser la villa bien propre à notre départ.

A lovely quiet stay walking distance to good amenities with a large pool Positive: The location was perfect- 5 minutes walk into Binibeca Vell, 5 minutes walk to 2 supermarkets and shops/restaurants. 20 minutes walk to a lovely beach and playground in binibeca nou. It’s on a really quiet street with only 3 houses and is surrounded by trees (there is some building work opposite but there wasn’t really anyone on site during our stay). It’s near a tourist train that runs all the way to Punta Prima as well. The pool was large and clean, there were 6 good sunbeds with a pagoda for shade and a bbq. The pool has two lockable stair gates which was super safe for our young child. Air conditioning throughout the property and the kitchen was reasonably stocked. We were left some basics (milk, oil, salt, herbs, a nice welcome back with wine and local produce, toilet roll, cloths and dishwasher tabs) on arrival which was really helpful for the first few days. There was also a surprise of a lovely sea view from the balcony which I think is due to recent tree trimming and wasn’t in the pictures! They provided us a travel cot with bedding and high chair- the cot had a mattress which was great as often travel cots don’t provide that. The communication and check in process was great and the ability to pay a waiver for the security deposit was really helpful. There was lots of towels, beach towels, beach umbrellas as well. Negative: There are a few bits in the property that could do with updating that didn’t overall affect our stay- the fridge struggled to get cold and then got really icy (maybe the seal is going?) and sometimes the hot water took a while to come on in the showers. The air conditioning in one of the twin rooms leaked a little. The pool tiling is chipped/grout could be replaced in some areas. For the price we paid for the area the villa is in I couldn’t complain but just to be aware it’s a more traditional/less modern villa.

We had the best trip. Positive: Such a gorgeous property. It was private and more than big enough for the 6 of us. The facilities such as the bbq were great and the balcony/terrace area were perfect. We loved the pool and everything was very clean and tidy. Good location close to binibeca town and twenty min walk to the nearest beach. Negative: I would only comment that the fridge wasn’t always cold enough, however it was exceptionally hot outside.

We had a lovely time at villa Jasmin.Excellent facilities with space for everyone around the pool and on the balcony and cool at night.
