Beach Penthouse MENORCA with amazing views and terrace

Positive: Appartement super bien situé en bord de mer ( plage au pied de l immeuble) . Grand parking à proximité. Le pentpouse avait une terrasse d environ 100m2 un truc de fou ,avec de plus une vue sur la mer très agréable L Appartement très spacieux aussi et le personnel à l ecoute et très réactif. Super séjour sur cette Île magnifique Marie Negative: RAS

Ideale per famiglie con bambini Positive: Senza dubbio la posizione, proprio sulla spiaggia di punta prima, è il top! Inoltre il panorama, avendo affittato l'attico, era spettacolare. Molto bene supermercati e ristoranti vicinissimi alla struttura e anche un parcogiochi per bambini. Negative: L'appartamento non è recente e lo si vede dal soffito dei bagni, finestre, divano. Inoltre non ci sono tapparelle o persiane in tutte le fintestre e soprattutto le camere restano illuminate anche di notte sia perchè filtra luce dall'esterno sia perchè ci sono finestre che danno nell'atrio dove restano luci accese.
