A breathtaking view overshadowed by poor hospitality, lack of comfort, and constant threats of extra charges. Positive: The view ONLY. Negative: The view is absolutely stunning, but unfortunately that was the only positive aspect of our stay. This was one of the least welcoming accommodations I’ve ever experienced. Instead of feeling like guests, we constantly felt as though we were a burden to the property managers. On top of the amount paid through Booking.com, we were required to pay a damage deposit, and before we even arrived we started receiving an endless stream of messages warning us about extra charges if we didn’t take out the trash, left dirty dishes behind, or accidentally damaged anything. The communication was unnecessarily threatening and created stress throughout the stay. What made this even more frustrating is that the property doesn’t even provide a trash collection service. Guests are expected to remove all of their rubbish themselves, yet there isn’t even a convenient public bin nearby to dispose of it. It’s unreasonable to expect guests to drive around looking for a place to throw away their trash while on holiday. The apartment itself also lacked basic comfort and maintenance. Several light bulbs were burned out, the lighting was poor overall, and the entrance door didn’t close properly, leaving a noticeable gap. Another disappointment is that the property seems to prioritize its sunset bar over the guests’ experience. It felt much more like staying above a busy bar than in a place designed for relaxation. I travel frequently and rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was genuinely disappointing. A beautiful view cannot make up for the lack of comfort, poor maintenance, and constant threatening communication. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming experience.

Positive: Las instalaciones, la ubicación y la amabilidad de las personas que lo gestionan. Negative: La hora del check out, pero entiendo perfectamente el porqué.

Maravilla de sitio, con vistas al mejor sunset de la isla !! Positive: Este sitio esta estupendisimo y de verdad que no entiendo como no tiene un puntuación mas alta. Las vistas y la localización son de lo mejor que se puede encontrar en la isla, ese balcón es una maravilla, la piscina amplia, limpísima y con unas vistas de ensueño. El apartamento en si nos pareció super funcional! Igual no es el diseño de interiores mas bonito del mundo, pero honestamente para la calidad precio que ofrece no creo que se le pueda poner un pero. Mención especial a la cama y almohadas que me parecieron comodisimas. Iba un poco nerviosa porque vi algunas reviews regulares y no sabia lo que nos íbamos a encontrar pero la verdad nos sorprendió para bien muchísimo y repetiremos seguro! Por cierto la comunicación con la guess manager (Anais) impecable, súper atenta, easy! Es que de verdad, este sitio esta genial y se merecen mas buenas reviews!
