Beachfront apartment with perfect seaview

"Die Wohnung war in Echt noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Lage mit Strand, Sonnenuntergang und leckeren Restaurant vor dem Balkon war perfekt. Einzig wer abends keine live Musik zum Mithören mag, ist da vielleicht nicht optimal bedient. Wir hingegen fanden das genau toll.
In der Wohnung hatte es mehr als erwartet: Von der Nespresso-Maschine über die Strandmuschel zum Wäscheständer mit Klammern plus dem Waschmitteltap&Mini-Abwaschmittel, welche wir, nebst einer Flasche Milch und Wasser als Begrüssungsgeschenke erhielten: Es blieb kein Wunsch offen und unser Aufenthalt war perfekt.
Alles auch ausserordentlich sauber, die Abfalltrennung perfekt organisiert und Prospekte für Ausflüge auf der Insel lagen auch bereit. Wir genossen es sehr und kommen wieder!"

"Un très bel appartement, grand, très propre, clair, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer... et avec accès direct à la plage. Hôte très organisé, sympathique et réactif. Je recommande vivement d'autant plus qu'il est très bien situé pour visiter Mahon et toutes les callas à proximité."

Positive: Emplacement et vue exceptionnels. Très belle superficie, mobilier récent et de qualité.
Negative: Salle d'eau commune excessivement petite. Lavabo d'appoint contrairement à la grande salle de bain de la chambre double."

"Fabuleux séjour
Positive: Appartement bien équipé, le plus très appréciable est qu'il y a les basiques pour la cuisine (huile/sel /sucre, dosettes de café...), pour juste quelques jours sur place : c'est pratique de ne pas avoir à tout acheter.
Un kit de bienvenue avec produits d'entretien aussi, et un pack cadeau de bienvenue (jambon typique, biscuits, lait) : des petites attentions très pratiques et très appréciées.
Il y a un grand balcon avec vue sur la mer splendide. L'appartement est grand et bien équipé (2 WC, 1 très grande salle de bain + une 2ème douche), les chambres sont grandes avec de grands placards, très pratique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.
Negative: Le bruit de la VMC extérieure un peu bruyant, mais avec des boules Quiès, ça passe."

Positive: Widok,z tarasu ,bliskość plaży, wyposażenie w środki czystości, klimatyzacja. Bezobsługowa obsługa bez klucza.
Negative: Konieczność opłacenia ubezpieczenia 27 euro lub kaucja 500 euro o której brak informacji na booking!
Apartament już lekko nadgryziony śladem czasu. Grzyb w łazience, hałas z zewnątrz - chyba instalacja od podgrzewania wody, przez co ciężko było zasnąć. Słabe zrywające wifi.

Można było spokojnie zarezerwować nocleg w innej miejscowości za połowę również blisko plaży.
Zdjęcia nie oddają całkowicie stanu obiektu."

In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt; eine sehr gute Lage, Bus/Supermarkt um die Ecke.
Jederzeit eine sehr nette Ansprechpartnerin zur Verfügung..."

"Look elsewhere.
Positive: The location was excellent.
Negative: Multiple issues that negatively impacted our stay even before we arrived.
1. $500 security deposit had a $18 charge if you put the security deposit on a credit card. Have never experienced this before and have paid plenty of security deposits.
2. $30 additional fee for early check-in. We’ve been traveling for the past 6 weeks and establishments happily allowed us to check-in early (if possible, of course) without any fee.
3. The stove top did not work our first night. We had purchased food and had started preparing a nice dinner but then, the stove top didn’t work. We texted the host/manager and she said they’d deal with it the next day. She didn’t make any effort to assist at 17:30 saying they were dealing only with true emergencies and disasters after 17:00. The following day, it took her less than one minute to reset the stovetop.
4. There was a beeping alarm (every 60 seconds) outside our apartment near our terrace the first night. It ruined our experience of sitting on our terrace and listening to the ocean. We informed the host/manager and it was not addressed until the next day.
The customer service was inadequate.
Would not recommend staying here."

"Beautiful apartment with amazing views of the sea. Really well stocked with everything you could ever need, including beach supplies. Lovely responsive hosts.

The town itself is very quiet, with not a lot going on, but if you’re looking for a quiet break where most things are within walking distance then it’s great. We got taxis to nearby towns which was pretty easy to do. Overall, would recommend for a lovely peaceful break in the sunshine."

"Keurig en ruim appartement met geweldig terras. Het appartement ligt direct aan zee. De hele dag het geluid van de golfen en ‘s ochtendsvroeg meteen zwemmen maakten dit voor ons een super verblijf. De kustlijn is prachtig om te wandelen en het uitzicht is spectaculair."
